Carrot Cake
The carrot cake (菜头果) store two bus-stops down from where I stay. They are so popular the food is sold out by mid-day! At S$2 a plate/packet, it's value for money -- not too oily, and generous with the garlic, egg and spring onions.
Just had it for breakfast. Yum!
